July 17, 2012 CHARLTON — A new chapter has opened at the Charlton Public Library.
With the launch of Freading, an e-Book Service the library unveiled earlier this month, Director Cheryl Hansen said they are "on the cutting edge of technology."
While patrons have had the convenience of being able to download library books to their tablet or e-reader for some time, they weren't always able to get their hands on the title they wanted when they wanted.
