August 06, 2012 SOUTHBRIDGE — The new school is officially at the point of "substantial completion," and Consigli Construction will be turning over the keys this Wednesday, Aug. 8, according to Town Manager Christopher Clark. Town officials toured the school Thursday, Aug. 2, checking out the features of the school's new home.
