CHARLTON — The Dudley-Charlton Regional School Committee recently voted to increase the annual stipend that pays a teacher to film and produce their meetings.

At a July 19 meeting, the committee decided to raise Richard Earle's rate for production services by more than 16 percent, to $7,000 yearly.

That breaks down to about $350 per meeting, which generally last around two hours.
