August 13, 2012 CHARLTON — Children celebrated the end of summer reading with a make-your-own ice cream sundae party at the library Thursday, Aug. 9. After turning in their tickets, participants got to choose from tables of trinkets in the children's reading room, then headed outside for a yummy treat on the lawn.
